1. About Lendavento

These terms govern the use of our website at lendavento.com and the provision of our study coaching services.
2. Services Provided
Lendavento offers personalised study coaching through one-on-one sessions, access to a digital learning platform, and associated practice materials. Sessions may be conducted in person at our Den Haag location or online via video call, as agreed between the parties.
The specific scope, format, and duration of services are agreed individually with each client prior to the commencement of a coaching programme. Lendavento does not guarantee specific academic outcomes as a result of its services.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Sessions are booked by mutual agreement. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests are made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate at Lendavento's discretion. Lendavento reserves the right to reschedule sessions in cases of unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.
4. Payment
Session fees are agreed at the start of each coaching arrangement. Invoices are issued by Lendavento and are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Lendavento reserves the right to suspend services in cases of non-payment. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Dutch VAT regulations apply.
5. Digital Platform Access
Access to the Lendavento digital learning platform is provided as part of an active coaching programme. Access is personal and non-transferable. Users may not share login credentials or reproduce platform materials for distribution. Platform access ends when the coaching programme concludes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Lendavento, including session notes, exercises, and digital platform content, are the intellectual property of Lendavento unless explicitly stated otherwise. Clients may use these materials for their own personal study purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is not permitted.
7. Liability
Lendavento provides study guidance and educational support. We do not accept liability for academic results, exam outcomes, or decisions made by clients based on the guidance provided. Our liability for direct damages arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question in the preceding three months.
Lendavento is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of earnings or study time.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data in connection with our services is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the provision of our services will be submitted to the competent court in Den Haag, unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
10. Changes to These Terms
Lendavento may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
